Sanbiotec carried out a project focused on increasing glutamate productivity through the selection and improvement of yeast strains, as well as the optimization of fermentation processes. Thanks to this combined approach, a more efficient and cost-effective production of this essential amino acid for the food industry was achieved. The project represented a significant step forward in the development of natural additives, providing our clients with competitive and sustainable solutions for industrial-scale production.
